Yes, you can use your subscription on multiple devices at the same time regardless of whether it's iOS or Android.
All Smoxy subscriptions are automatically renewed to avoid service interruptions. You can manage your subscriptions and disable auto-renewal in iTunes settings (iOS) or Playstore settings (Android).
You can cancel your subscription in the app in the settings under Manage Subscription. Another option is to cancel your subscription via iTunes (iOS) or the Play Store (Android).
If you wish to cancel your Smoxy subscription, you must contact us within 14 days of purchase to receive a refund. Please send a copy of your proof of purchase to our support team help@smoxy.app.
Payments processed through iTunes can only be approved and refunded by Apple. To receive a refund from Apple, you must contact iTunes support within 14 days of the purchase date.
iOS:
You can change the language of the app directly from your iPhone settings. To do so, open your settings, swipe down to display the search bar, and then type Smoxy. Click on it and then select Preferred language. Choose your preferred language, the app is translated into 17 languages.
Android:
The application automatically uses your preferred language, which you have configured in your device settings. If the application does not support any of these languages, English will be used automatically.
Apart from the buddy function, you can use the app anonymously. However, we advise you to create a user account so that you can restore your data when you change devices.
We have no direct influence on the currency that is displayed to you, this must be changed in your account settings.
Open the Google Play Store App
Click on the settings at the top.
Under Payment Profile, search for Country/Region. This section displays your current country, which is also what your version of Google Play is based on.
Open the Settings app
Tap on your name and then on Media & Purchases
Tap on Show account
Tap Country/Region and then on Change country or region
Tap on your new country or region
Choose your country, tap Next and follow any further instructions from your device.

Please make sure you are logged in to the App/ Play Store with the same account you used to make the purchase. Then click Refresh Billing again and it should work.
